At Hidden Light Photography, we want your order to arrive quickly, safely, and reliably. Please review the details of our shipping process below.

🚚 Carriers
We primarily ship through UPS for both domestic and international orders.

• Domestic: UPS Ground or Expedited services
   
• International: UPS Worldwide Expedited, Saver, or Express
  (We may add USPS for lightweight and international shipments in the future.)
   

🛠️ Handcrafted Lead Times
Each HLP SafeLine™ Harness is carefully hand-assembled to ensure the highest quality. Please allow 2–3 weeks for production before shipment.

• After production, standard processing and carrier transit times apply.
   

⏱️ Processing Times

• Once ready to ship, orders are processed within 2–3 business days.
   
• Weekend/holiday orders are processed the next business day.
   
• You’ll receive both an order confirmation and a shipping confirmation with tracking once dispatched.
   

💲 Shipping Costs
Shipping rates are calculated automatically at checkout based on:

• Package weight & dimensions
   
• Destination address
   
• Selected UPS service level
  Customers are responsible for shipping costs unless otherwise specified in a promotion.
   

🌎 International Shipping

• We proudly ship worldwide via UPS.
   
• Buyers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, VAT, or import taxes.
   
• Transit times vary by destination and selected UPS service.

Most SafeLine™ Harness orders ship in secure packaging:

• Weight: ~3.5 lbs
   
• Dimensions: 15" × 12" × 3.25"
   

🚫 Shipping Restrictions

• We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses at this time.
   
• Some destinations may have restrictions based on carrier availability.
